The 30mm Premium Rubber Gym Tile is designed for maximum durability, protection, and ease of installation. Featuring a hard-wearing ultra-fine granule surface layer and a medium granule base, these premium tiles are more abrasion-resistant than standard rubber flooring. They protect your subfloor, extend the life of free weights and functional equipment, and offer excellent noise suppression and rebound properties ? making them ideal for free weight areas or anywhere weights will be dropped.
Made from 100% recycled tyre rubber, each tile measures 1m x 0.5m x 30mm and weighs 11.7kg. The surface layer is 3mm thick for added strength, composed of fine-grained recycled black rubber with 15% coloured EPDM granules bonded by polyurethane elastomer. The tiles lock together with hidden plastic connectors, requiring no adhesive, making them quick to fit and easy to move in the future. They also offer good resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts, but should be kept away from oils and hydrocarbons.
